Please note if you are reclaiming the cost of treatment from an insurer let me know at the time of booking your first appointment to ensure treatment costs will be covered.

Unless agreed prior to treatment commencing, if you are reclaiming costs from an insurance company we require payment at the time of the treatment and we will issue a paid receipt for your insurers. If you require treatments to be invoiced to your insurer I will need your scheme details and pre-authorisation number at the time of your first treatment.

Please note that I am a pet owner and so unfortunately if you do have a pet hair allergy that affects your health, my practice may not be suitable for you.
